When placing your order please bear in mind that if you have ordered in bulk we will have to wait for our delivery from our supplier to come into stock, this is usually on tuesdays and thursdays so your goods will be sent to you as soon as possible. We will keep you informed of the status of your order via email if this is the case.
Small orders should be sent out on our next day delivery service for £4.95 as long as we have what is required in stock.
During transit your livefood will suffer due to the cold temperatures. Upon receipt of delivery make sure to keep them at room temperature and do not attempt to speed up the warming process through the use of heat bulbs etc as this may cause fatalities.
For next day delivery, orders should be placed before 12pm, goods will only be dispatched monday to thursday. |
